Would you look at all those happy faces it must have been the premiere of Dragon Slayers United and what a cast and director we have there. The Dragon Slayers are made of myself, Philyida Swift, Shani Dhannda, Rosie Jones, and Writer and the whole shebang and fellow Dragon Slayer Adam Pearson. Alongside our illustrious director Tom Levinge. What a time was had it was amazing to attend my first film premiere. Well now you will be able to see my name on the credits of two short films at the BFI London Film Festival in 2023. This time again for my access coordination work on Sleepyhead and amazing film about Rae a teenage girl with a chronic fatigue based health condition this is funny heart felt must watch make sure you try and catch it if you can!

I’m really excited today as I can finally announce project I was Access Coordinating on. Well technically two the first part being a documentary and the leading project Otto Baxter not a F***ing Horror story. The story of Otto a man with Down Syndrome which shows the challenges he and his family face when it comes to being a man with a learning disability. Along side that the challenge they had to make his Comedy Horror film…The Puppet Asylum. Which Otto reflects his own life. I recently attended an event a St James’ Palace to celebrate the work of Paralympics GB and the travel towards the next Paralympic Games in Paris in 2024. This was all due to my work on WeThe15 the global human rights movement back by the Paralympics. Sadly we were not allowed to take any pictures in the Palace but here is me looking not to bad in my all purple suit!

In some exciting news, I have just become a member of BAFTA!!! This is a career goal I was never sure would happen but through a combination of Acting and Access Coordination work I have been accepted into the membership. As I attended an event at BAFTA early in my career I always thought it would be cool to be a member and now I can officially say its goal achieved. I look forward to the new possibilities this brings!
This week I attended the Trade Union Congress aka the TUC Disabled Workers Conference. This was an amazing event championing the rights of Disabled workers across all industries and looking at the complexity of employment as Disabled people I was proud to represent Deaf, Disabled and Neurodivergent Equity Members.

Well I am lucky enough to just get back from another amazing Glastonbury Festival with Natural Diversions and the Natural Theatre Company. The Sheep ran rampant, Parking Attendants made sure there was order and there were also some questionable removal people ha ha. That being said the crowds were amazing as always and performing was great fun thank you Glasto!!
