This week I attended the Trade Union Congress aka the TUC Disabled Workers Conference. 

This was an amazing event championing the rights of Disabled workers across all industries and looking at the complexity of employment as Disabled people I was proud to represent Deaf, Disabled and Neurodivergent Equity Members.
