So this week I got to do something very cool. 

If you have had a look at danedge.com you may well know I am an activist and I work with the trade union Equity as part of the D/deaf and Disabled Members Committee. 

This week I got invited to talk about my career and the work of the committee to it’s always great to meet fellow performers and talk about how we can improve the industry we work in. 

The work of Equity is vitally important to all performers  especially when it comes to D/deaf and Disabled performers and the battle for inclusion and equality. So its great to have support from the local branches!
